A company is looking for a Senior Collections Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to customers and franchisees during monthly invoicing Identify overdue accounts, contact customers, and process invoices for payment Report on collections, research billing discrepancies, and maintain documentation Required Qualifications: At least four years of collections or AR management experience Up to one year of customer support experience Avid interest in the restaurant industry Experience with spreadsheets and word processing tools Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
