Working closely with the management team involving supporting in the strategic planning and development of the shop department. Requirements Completion of at least one-year postgraduate clinical shop Current professional registration as a Pharmacist with the General medical Council Has provided medication counselling to patients Multidisciplinary working with Nursing and /or Medical colleagues Preferable experience in Critical Care / ITU or within a Hospital rotational role Responsibilities Support the Lead Clinical Pharmacist in developing and implementing strategies to monitor the overall quality of medicines management Lead the development, validation and maintenance of clinical shop services within Critical Care. Regular attendance at the critical care related multidisciplinary team meetings. Support the Medicines Safety Officer and the shop Quality Assurance Lead in the safe and effective use of medicines within Critical Care.
