Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the design and execution of various civil engineering projects. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and utilizing Civils 3D software to deliver accurate and efficient designs. Key Responsibilities: 1 Lead and manage project teams, ensuring successful project delivery from concept through to completion. 2 Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. 3 Utilize Civils 3D software to create detailed design models, drawings, and documentation. 4 Prepare feasibility studies, cost estimates, and technical reports to support project proposals. 5 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters. 6 Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. 7 Perform site visits and inspections as needed to ensure design implementation and quality. 8 Monitor project progress, budget, and resources to achieve project milestones. 9 Assist in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations. Qualifications and Experience: 1 Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 2 Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. 3 Proven experience (5+ years) in civil engineering design and project management. 4 Proficiency in.
