Salary Range: $55.7500 - $85.7400 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education. The Senior Brand Ambassador develops and implements effective branding strategies that align with Hoag’s mission. Manages and enhances brand image, ensures consistency, drives brand awareness and loyalty. The Sr. Brand Ambassador has a deep understanding of branding principles, excellent communication skills, skilled in storytelling, analytics and has a track record of successfully managing brand strategy. Is the advocate/voice for the Brand. Leads comprehensive branding strategies that align with Hoag's goals, objectives, and target audience. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key brand positioning opportunities. Develop strategies to differentiate from competitors. Define/articulate the brand identity, including values, personality, and positioning. Develop/maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and tone of voice across all channels, including print/digital/social media/events. Oversee the design and production of all branded materials. Ensure materials reflect brand identity and meet quality standards. Develop, implement, and execute multiple-touchpoint initiatives for new launches and brand campaigns. Collaborate to strategize/brainstorm creative approaches to deliver engaging content. Monitor/analyze brand performance and perception through market research, customer feedback, and brand tracking tools. Make recommendations for improvement. Collaborate to develop and execute integrated campaigns that effectively communicate the brand message to the target audience. Manage relationships with external partners involved in brand-related activities, such as design firms/printer/advertising agencies. Ensuring deliverables are met, on time, within budget. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Optimizes online presence, visibility and engagement including the website, social media channels, and online advertising. Monitor/protect the institution's brand reputation by proactively addressing any brand-related issues or crises. Develop strategies to mitigate potential risks. Provide regular reports on brand performance, including key metrics/insights, to internal stakeholders and senior management. Ensure brand alignment in new product/service launches, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A master's degree in marketing or brand management is a plus. A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on Brand strategy & campaign development Proven work experience as a Brand Manager, with a track record of successfully managing and enhancing brands. In-depth knowledge of branding principles, strategies, and best practices Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market research data and consumer insights to drive strategic brand decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate and convey the institution's brand message effectively to diverse audiences. Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative brand campaigns and initiatives that resonate with the target audience and differentiate the institution from competitors. Preferred: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in all brand-related materials and communications. Proficiency in using design software and tools to review and provide feedback on branded materials. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external partners. Skills or Other Qualifications Required: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment and stay up-to-date on marketing trends as it applies to healthcare Excellent customer services skills and attitude Organizational and time management skills Superior verbal and written communication skills Independent self-starter: must be able to set assignment priorities, work independently within established guidelines, and maintain confidentiality.
