The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, research, and analytical abilities and a proven track record of success in both state and federal courts.Duties:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.Foster positive work relationships.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:4 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts.Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.Experience conducting and defending depositions, managing a case docket, and appearing in court is preferred.Experience handling multi-district litigation is a plus.Trial experience.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission by waiver.Skills:Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong research and analytical abilities.Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
