Duties and Responsibilities o Resolves problems proactively to insure compliance with contract terms and, due to system issues, to build trust and strong business relations with all providers. Analyzes data to assess the scope of the problem, plan an appropriate approach and measure results.o Develops, implements, and maintains operational content used to train providers and their office staff and/or billing vendors.o Coordinates and conducts education activities involving providers, Provider Services and other vendors with the objective to modify inefficient claim filing behaviors.o Conducts field visits to provider's offices proactively and in response to business issues including, but not limited to, claims processing, policy application and reimbursement issues.o Attends and supports appropriate Provider and Vendor Committee meetings. Participates and attends Community or Provider sponsored events representing the company or the customer/client.Knowledge, Skills and Abilitieso Responds to provider issues in writing, telephonic and in the provider's office. This includes issues relating to all aspects of claims filing, reimbursement, and dispute resolution as defined in customer/client contract, application of payment or medical policies.o Meets and retains all quality and production standards set by management and/or customer.o Handles special projects in a timely and proficient manner.o Builds positive and collaborative relationships with providers.o Leadership qualitieso Good analytical skillso Ability to multi task in a high paced environmento Excellent organizational, and verbal and written communication skillso Ability to abide by Gainwell policieso Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of worko Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Job Posted by ApplicantPro
