An opportunity for an experienced Arboricultural Consultant to join a successful environmental consultancy to support the team with their technical expertise. Primarily working out of the Midlands this role will require integration with the wider business, collaborating with directors and various practitioners on projects throughout ecology, green infrastructure, landscaping, and woodlands. The role: Tree risk management: Preparation of management strategies, conducting tree surveys and recommending appropriate remedial works. Working to BS:5837 to address site issues: tree backssment, design, tree protection and mitigation Offering support and development on environmental projects for the wider business. Tree law: TPOs & Conservation Area, boundary trees and dispute resolution. Qualifications/Requirements: Degree in Arboriculture, or relevant field. Excellent theoretical and technical experience. Excellent written and spoken English (essential for report writing) Understanding of relevant software’s (Auto CAD / GIS programmes) ICF Membership or Registered Consultant for Arboricultural Association. Full UK driving license.
