This role offers the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere.Key Responsibilities:- Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash forecasting activities- Collaborate with the CFO on treasury management strategies- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes for enhanced efficiency- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decision-making- Lead and mentor the accounting team, offering guidance and support as needed- Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the CFORequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred- 3-5 years of experience in the INSURANCE industry REQUIRED - Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards- Proficiency in Sage Intacct accounting software and Advanced Excel- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels- Proven leadership abilities to effectively manage and mentor a teamThis is an exceptional opportunity for a driven Senior Accountant to contribute to a dynamic organization while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
