The Ideal Candidate will have experience of working with young people with a variety of SEMH/ASC needs and have excellent behaviour management skills. The school is a small setting that caters for children aged 11-19 with class sizes of no more than 5 pupils. You will work with the young people to build excellent relationships in order to support progression and development towards their targets and goals. Role & Responsibilities: Planning and delivering tailored programmes, learning objectives and backssment plans Delivering and adapting content, style, format of the curriculum to ensure the most effective results are achieved Building strong relationships with pupils Candidate Requirements: Be a qualified teacher QTS/QTLS, hold a degree level qualification in Maths, or have experience working in a similar environment Have experience of working with disengaged students with SEMH/ASCHave a minimum of three months teaching experience within the UKBe committed to planning, delivering, and reporting on high-quality, impactful lessons that engage the students Be required to complete our mandatory safeguarding training Previous experience of lesson planning A strong grasp of the UK curriculum The ability to work 1:1 or in small groups Great communication and behaviour management skills What's in it for you Excellent rates of pay £120-200 per day depending on experience Excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and learn new skills Having an impact on the learning, progress and development of the students with which you are working All candidates.
