Support Broker is someone who assists with self- directed supports Desire to improve the lives of those you serve. Someone who desires to empower others. A team player. A go-getter. Ability to work around pets; very comfortable around cats and dogs; as the dog is training to be a service animal. Ability to take initiative and follow prompts given Self-motivated Able to work independently Must be able to lift at least 50lbs Must be able to ensure timely medication administration Must be able to keep individual on task Must have valid driver’s license and insurance that cover medical payments (will need to provide proof) Must be capable of handling medical equipment and wheelchair Must be willing to go to community outings and attend church on Sundays Must be able to pass background check and have no criminal This position pays $28/hr and is not benefit eligible. Total hours for this position 22 hours per week. The staff hired will be required to use their own personal vehicle. The individual seeking service prefers 2 female staff members. Hours for the position are as follows: Monday 12pm-8pm. Thursday 12:45pm-8:45pm Friday 1:30p-7:30p Powered by JazzHR
