Connect with Customers Nail It Own It Grow Together Celebrate the Wins Summary of Duties: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (chopping vegetables, preparing soups, meats and sauces) Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Stock inventory appropriately (first in, first out) Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, maintains high quality standards and in a timely fashion Comply with recipe, sanitation, food handling, and hygiene regulations & standards and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers, management and customers Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served
