Plan, direct, and ensure the smooth running of operations at the client's site. Develop and implement procedures and policies for security operations. Make suggestions to improve and epitomize the security service Provide operational direction to staff responding to any incidents on-site Responsible for completing monthly tasks and KPI's Managing employee attendance and performance records Oversees CCTV & Photo ID/Access Control Qualifications to become a Supervisor: 1 to 3 years experience in personnel management Experience in leading all emergency codes, de-escalation techniques, and, going hands-on is required. Min 2 years of experience as a shift lead or in a supervisory role in a healthcare vertical is required. Experience in officer scheduling and knowledge of scheduling software like Gsked and Teams is preferred. Proficiency in printing access/ID cards and badge tracking on electronic access control systems like Andover or C-Cure 9000 is preferred.
