General Accountabilities: As a Staff Advisor, provide all managers and staff of Hydro One business units, with advice, counsel and representation on all aspects of corporate security. Develop and advise on the implementation process, standards, methodologies, procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance of key corporate security requirements are met. Work in conjunction with external and internal partners and clients to design and develop a wide range of asset protection strategies, policies, objectives, cost effective standards, awareness education programs. Plan and undertake specialized security backssments. Minimizing program security risks by developing standards, methodologies, procedures and guidelines. Conduct investigations into criminal activity such as fraud, theft and other breaches of security and the Code of Business Conduct. Prepare and issue detailed reports and making recommendations on behalf of management. Attend on behalf of management meetings/arbitrations/grievances that may result as an outcome of investigations. As a Staff Advisor, provide all managers and staff of Hydro One business units with advice, counsel and representation on all aspects of corporate security and asset protection.
