As a security guard Shift Lead in the Healthcare sector, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there! Required to lead site security officers during the shift Maintenance and upkeep of the daily security officer schedule Responsible for ensuring post orders are maintained, updated and followed by all security officers Issuing and managing Access cards Ensure guards are efficiently using G-track during their Patrols CCTV Monitoring Maintain a safe and secure environment Direct liaison with site client on a daily basis Responding to Fire Alarm/Emergency Situations Complete daily reports and incident reports Provide excellent customer service Desk Duties Other duties as assigned Qualifications to be become Security Guard in Winnipeg?
