Opportunity for mentoring, coaching and training Your responsibilities: Plan, Audit, organize and manage the work of unionized employees; Ensure that staff members comply with policies, administrative procedures, safety rules, collective agreements and government regulations; Audit Road employees on security safety and ATM procedures (night services) Collaborate with other supervisors and staff to establish and implement policies, procedures and objectives; Promote safe work practices, by conducting safety audits, participating in company safety meetings, and meeting one-on-one with staff members; Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets; Conduct on road investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints; Collaborate with internal or external stakeholders to determine the causes of accidents that occur during transport and improve safety procedures; Participate in the disciplinary process or the settlement of grievances; All other related tasks.
