Securities Processing Operations SpecialistJersey City, NJ This is a 12 Month Contract - NO C2C. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. The Securities Processing Operations Specialist executes routine transactions with general supervision referring the most complex and risk related transactions to management. Detailed oriented, will be responsible for retrieving, counting, verifying, filing, and acknowledging physical certificate details in Access Database. Able to assess discrepancies, problems and gather information that must be escalated. Performs other miscellaneous job related duties as needed. Responsible for supporting the department adherence to AML/BSA policies and procedures set forth by various regulatory bodies.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Hiring Companies ATS Questions) : 1. Do you have the ability to meticulously perform tasks such as retrieving, counting, verifying, and filing physical certificate details in Access Database is essential to ensure accuracy and completeness in securities processing operations.2. Do you have a solid understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) policies and procedures is necessary to support adherence to regulatory requirements and ensure compliance within the department's operations. 3. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
