We have needs across all of our branches from Provincetown to Eastham. Our Tellers play a vital role as the face of the Bank in promoting Bank products and services and in assisting customers with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and cash advances. The top requirements for the position : Strong computer skills Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing Aptitude with numbers Strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and professional demeanor Reliable attendance/punctuality A desire to learn and have fun doing it Ability to start on or around Memorial Day and work at least through mid to late August (or longer if you are available!) Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred, but we are willing to train The ability to travel between our branches from time to time to provide float coverage where needed would be ideal A position with Seamen’s Bank in the roll of a Teller provides a solid foundation of banking knowledge and an excellent springboard to pursue a number of career paths. Tellers play a vital role as the face of the Bank in promoting Bank products and services and in assisting customers with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and cash advances. Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong computer skills and math aptitude. Prior banking, customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
