Due to our continued growth and expansion into new markets, we are on the search for a dynamic Carpenter/Laborer to join our Construction team. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR As a Carpenter/Laborer at you would be responsible for: Rough Carpentry soffits, chases, window bucks, etc. Finish Carpentry miscellaneous interior trim work including base, case, door hardware, etc. Punch-out of apartment and commercial buildings. Unloading and loading deliveries using telehandler Touch up painting Miscellaneous labor including cleaning interior and exterior of the building Additional duties as assigned by Superintendent The skills and knowledge we look for in a Carpenter/Laborer are: Experience in maintenance, construction or other related fields Experience with Forklift and Skidsteer operation Knowledge of construction site safety protocols Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Able to lift, maneuver and climb ladders, including 30 ft expandable ladders Ability to lift and carry 50-75lbs Ability to work in tight spaces, extreme heights, and/or extreme temperatures (attics, crawl spaces and rooftops) Willingness to work 8-10 hours per day Responsible, accountable, and dedicated HOW WE'RE DIFFERENT We might be biased, but we think the culture and people at Enclave are pretty unique.
