About the role The Standard Commercial Underwriting Program (SCUP) is a multi-year initiative to transform AIG's underwriting business processes, products, and technology solutions. SCUP is a high-paced, high-intensity environment leading the underwriting transformation at AIG. The Delivery Office Application Delivery Leader will be a key member of the SCUP delivery office. What you need to know: How to execute complex end-to-end transformation delivery projects and programs. How to define and execute all program processes, including Resource Management, Financial Management, Risk/Issue Management, Vendor/Contract Management, Status Reporting, and overall Program Governance. Knowledge of policies or claims insurance transformation delivery, agile release planning principles, and program/project management. What we're looking for: Experience 5+ years delivering complex system integration projects 2+ years of hands-on project management Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Ability to function in a demanding matrixed environment Strong global IT Delivery experience and expertise in P&C insurance transformation Strong understanding of project/program management processes and procedures Very organized with strong attention to detail Consulting or project transformation experience at an intermediate level Leadership - Exhibits confidence in self and others; inspires and motivates others to perform well. Excellent team skills. Can successfully organize and influence large teams of people. Energetic leader with a positive attitude and a go-getter drive. Ability to effectively interact with senior management Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability for productive collaboration across varying departments.
