Responsibilities Self-started with the ability to recognize and creatively solve complex problems Develop and prototype cutting-edge functional materials Research and Development experience in high performance adhesives and rubbers a plus Perform experiences in an independent and inventive manner Clearly communicate plans and outcomes internally and to customers Desired Qualifications MS/PhD in Polymer science, Polymer Chemistry, Material Science/Engineering, or related field 0-3 years of experience in advanced technology R&D post graduate school Strong Polymer Materials and Chemistry background is desired Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and multi-disciplinary environment Broad interest in science and technology with a willingness and interest in expanding into new fields Excellent writing skills Good laboratory skills with research experience in polymer science and chemistry.
