Description:
Kent Place School seeks a full-time, 12-month school nurse. Responsibilities include: treating students and constituents as needed, developing care plans, administering medication, maintaining health records, consulting with faculty and administration and educating the school community on health procedures. Candidates should be knowledgeable of physical and mental health issues, familiar with NJ health regulations, have strong communication and technical skills, and the ability to assess situations and act quickly. Requirements: a college degree, current NJ State Registered Professional Nursing License, BLS/CPR certification and a minimum 5-years of experience as a Registered Nurse; experience as a school nurse preferred.
