Benefits: Medical Blue Cross/Blue Shield Vision insurance options 8 Paid holidays Paid vacation Life insurance Short and long-term disability IRA with 3% match Job Title: Schedule Coordinator / Service Dispatcher Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm We have an immediate opening for a Schedule Coordinator / Service Dispatcher to join our team! This is a pivotal position in our office and the initial contact with our customers requiring someone with excellent customer service skills, and high attention to detail. What you will be doing: Answering incoming calls Scheduling service calls & dispatching service technicians Scheduling routine maintenance appointments Calling customers with lead time for service Logging warranties and rebates Preparing service invoices / AP Working independently and as team Other duties as required Maintain customer database with current information Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers We use ServiceTitan, a cloud-based CRM system Qualifications & Skills: 2 + years related experience in an office setting in customer service, dispatching, project coordination or equivalent combination of education and experience A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position The ability to type 40 + WPM with accuracy Data entry, filing, and other general office duties Accounts payable experience Experienced with MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel CRM / ERP database experience, we use ServiceTitan a cloud-based system Stellar customer service skills Excellent and interpersonal communication skills The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and technicians Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Must be able to work independently and as a team High school diploma or equivalent Pass background check & drug screen
