As a Principal Product Designer for our Contact Center product, RingCX, you will be involved in our design processes and the creation of innovative new features that will take our product to the next level. You will be working in a highly collaborative environment with other designers, product managers, and engineers. You will be responsible for presenting work to executive shareholders and will need to explain and defend design concepts with logic and reasoning. You will become an expert in designing experience for the contact center industry and you will track and report on the latest industry trends and innovations. If you are hired in Belmont, California, the compensation range for this position is between $172,000 and $215,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
