Your Job Georgia-Pacific's Consumer Products division is looking for an Application Lead in Materials Management to join our Procure to Pay team! This role will work directly with business partners and other Procure to Pay team members to identify and provide solutions to functional gaps, gather requirements for enhancements, translate requirements into system design, and support the necessary configuration and testing. A successful candidate should have hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP MM along with demonstrated analytical skills and initiative, enthusiasm for collaboration, passion for working with people, good economic-thinking, be open to challenge and have an appetite for learning and innovation. Location: This role is based out of our Georgia-Pacific Headquarters in Atlanta, GA. We operate on a hybrid schedule. Our Team We are responsible for the procure to pay and MRO enterprise warehouse management processes. Our primary areas of focus involve the planning and execution of sourcing initiatives (requisitions to purchase orders, receiving to invoicing and MRO inventory management). Your role will be to engage with our partners, embrace the challenge process, and provide the best solutions for the support, enhancement or project need resulting in the greatest value back to the organization. What You Will Do * Designing, developing, and configuring SAP MM solutions in an S/4 HANA and Ariba landscape * Troubleshooting customer-reported issues and assisting users with day to day support * Analyzing complex business problems to provide solution alternatives and recommendations * Partnering closely with business SMEs to deliver and support required solutions; developing systems to parallel overall business strategies * Gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating requirements into functional and technical solutions * Driving enhancements and contributing to projects across all phases including requirements, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support * Developing and maintaining functional and technical specifications, test plans and other documentation; Executing test plans and * Working collaboratively with an extended team of SAP functional and technical resources Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (Software engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc) * 6+ years of experience with SAP MM * 2+ years of experience working with SAP Ariba (Ariba Network and Ariba Invoice Management) * Experience in designing, configuring, and implementing MM solutions * Functional experience with requisitions, purchase orders, advanced shipment notices, goods receipts, invoice receipts * Support experience for both internal and external interfaces (Ariba Supplier Network, Invoice Management, Buyer Network, and the RFQ process) * 2+ years of experience in full life-cycle implementations or equivalent support, rollout, and upgrade/enhancement projects What Will Put You Ahead * Knowledge of ARIBA solutions (P2O, Guided buying, Commerce Automation and Sourcing & Contracts) * ABAP debugging experience * Consulting experience * Consumer Products industry experience * Freight and or transportation management experience At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
