We seek a talented technologist with the passion to drive significant business outcomes, challenge the client and support the team as a leader. Job Description: Ability to perform and lead functional workshops and configuration analysis across various SAP modules including PP (rotational, blow and injection molding operations), WM, RF, Logistics Execution (LE) and some experience with customer service desk integration Design and test solutions, including updating appropriate documentation Provide functional knowledge for the applications supported by client business and IT organization Ability to resolve complex business requirements via suggesting SAP configured solutions Partner with Business Analysts in the development of functional specifications and author the technical specifications for application development objects (Interfaces, Data Conversions, Reports, Enhancements and Forms and guide the development of those programs within the development team) Work with client Business Community in familiarizing SAP functionality in Supply Chain, Production Planning/Execution, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, to define user requirements, and translate them to functional and technical specifications Work closely with the client Technology team to provide functional and technology support on SAP systems Be a single contact point for all user queries Collaborates as needed with other SAP support team members on configuration design questions and analysis Job Qualifications: Minimum 5-10 years SAP hands-on experience leading consulting and client teams Experience working on or supporting 4 or more Full Life Cycle SAP R3/ECC implementations Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to work in a team environment Understanding of integration points between SAP Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM) & Distribution (SD) Understanding of SAP and non-SAP technologies such as RF, EDI, SAP N/W, Business Warehouse (BW), BOBJ Experience working in a global SAP environment (US base implementation and deployment to Europe, and Asia) Individual must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills.
