Sales Team Supervisors earn an average of $150,000/yr. Overview Qualified candidates for the Sales Team Supervisor position will have at least 2 years of sales leadership experience and at least 2 years of sales experience in a highly competitive fast-paced atmosphere.This role includes 8 weeks of training that reviews how to:train and manage a sales teammaster Premier's direct sales processcomplete insurance adjuster assessmentsprovide insurance claims assistancescout territorymanage the customer experience from start to finishOnce your training is complete, you will build a sales team, supervise their sales activity using Premier's winning sales processes, and build and manage your own pipeline. You will focus on onboarding, supervising sales, scouting territory, team management, client relations, and sales pipeline management. Compensation $750 weekly base pay for the first 8 weeks, plus uncapped commissionAfter the first 8 weeks, an additional 4 months of a $750 weekly drawTypical Project Commissions approx $1,000/proj.
