Job Summary This position reports to the Senior Manager of Growth & Retention within Envision Group, with an overall accountability to support and inspire new sales growth and key account retention strategies for Compass Group Canada. A key part of the sales strategy process, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to author business proposal documents with creative writing and persuasive storytelling skills. The Sales Strategy Specialist will interact cross-functionally with our internal Sales and WIN team, our existing (or) potential new clients and our field support teams. With the ultimate knowledge base on Envision Group food service and retail solutions, resources, and strategies – they will coordinate and bring to life our retail strategy through effective writing and proposal development. The primary focus will be on collecting, creating, and developing a content library of written materials to be used in proposals. The Manager’s responsibility for managing the accuracy and effectiveness of the written content directly influences the quality of our client facing proposals.
