Job Summary: This position will be responsible for securing new business and managing existing accounts throughout the entire product lifecycle and providing customer sales support. The Sales Specialist will report progress on a regular basis to support business unit reporting on an ongoing basis. Description of duties and responsibilities: Manage accounts internally and externally to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure profitability Recommends product solutions which link to customer objectives.Works to differentiate value proposition and establish competitive advantage Assist in creating sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets and support company vision Coordinate commercial activities throughout the entire organization including Engineering, Quality improvements, Quoting, Negotiating and Reporting Update all internal sales systems and be able to track and report changes to management internally Promote effective communication with customers and develop professional working relationships with all customer representatives Manage economic analysis, data mining and quotation by customers and products Ability to communicate well with customers. Highly detail oriented and organized in work. Ability to manage team members. Good working knowledge of computer system related to work Ability to prioritize and to manage multiple, simultaneous and at times, competing deliverables Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Ability to comprehend and assimilate complex business processes. Strong critical thinking, problem solving and innovation skills. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills Technical knowledge for lubricants or chemistry Education and Experience Requirements: A bachelor’s degree 3+ years of Experience in a position selling into OEMs or Tier1 : If hired, both managing existing customer and new business development are involved Engine oil experience is not preferred. Transmission, Axle, electric vehicle fluid and Shock absorber oil are preferred Experience with Microsoft Office Powered by JazzHR
