Responsibilities: • Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory• Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services• Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM• Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met• Conduct thorough consultations with potential customers to assess their solar energy needs • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our innovative solutions• Create customized solar proposals and quotes for clients• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in solar technology• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and referrals Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred• Must have a smartphone • Must have a flexible schedule • Has a reliable means of transportation to meeting locations • Customer service: 1 year • Sales: 1 year • Driver's License (Required) Ideal Candidate • Prior experience in direct sales or related role: Solar, Pest control, TV, Mortgages, or Home automation/Security system sales experience is a plus • Is motivated by money • Is curious to learn more • Is a team player• Excellent communication skills• Strong work ethic and positive attitude• Attention to detail• Experience with commission-based compensation packages• Knowledge of CRM platforms & overall technical competency is a plus• Eagerness to grow and take part in a cutting-edge industry• Ability to create positive and lasting relationships with customers • Seeking bilingual candidates fluent in Vietnamese, Spanish, Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, or Filipino to serve our diverse clientele effectively Compensation: $100,000 - $340,000 yearly About Company: EcoSolar USA Electrical by SunPower is a growing SUNPOWER ELITE DEALER, serving the Orange County area.
