Due to our continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Order Processor to join our expanding team. This role will be based in Compton, Berkshire. You will join us on a full time, contract basis (1-year Maternity Cover) and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £24000 - £30000 depending on experience plus benefits. Our aim is simple, to protect animal health, to ensure animal well-being and to contribute to human health. About the Sales Order Processor role: As a Sales Order Processor, you will provide the link between the UK sales teams and the internal planning system on site. You will be primarily responsible for checking and inputting accurate customer information into the planning and invoicing systems. The role will involve day-to-day interaction with the sales teams and will also involve generating forecasts and monitor progress against them. Full Training will be given. Responsibilities as our Sales Order Processor will include: Responsible for inputting the correct Sales Order data in the planning and accounting systems. Sending out Order Statements and Veterinary Prescriptions to customers. Liaise with the customer and QA to ensure all the required documentation is in place so that the finished product can be dispatched on time. Running weekly sales meetings (Electronically) and internal operations meetings. Generation of Product literature. Work with the Production and Production planner to ensure that sales teams are fully informed of any changes to agreed delivery dates and to produce reports and forecasts. Invoicing customers via JDE system and dealing with invoicing queries. Data Collection and analysis. Making sure all necessary documents are produced and archived respecting law.
