Responsibilities: • Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections• Plan and implement training programs. Hold regular skills training sessions for agents• Provide training for sales team• Meet with sales team to help in setting individual sales targets• Work closely with marketing to develop new creative promotional intiatives• Set aggressive sales goals with the sales team• Be a helping hand in preparing budgets• Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections• Collaborate with marketing to develop lead-generation strategies Qualifications: • Strong ability to lead a team• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease• Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor• Proven experience in customer relationship management• Previous sales experience• Proven experience as a sales manager/team leader• Real Estate License Compensation: $100,000+ About Company: The Strata Group is a forward-thinking real estate team motivated by results and inspired by its people.
