Job Summary: Sales Manager As a vital member of the Growth & Innovation team, you will oversee direct key accounts and distributor relationships within a specified geographical area. Your focus will be on delivering growth of current products into new markets and broadening regional reaches by working closely with the sales, technical, manufacturing and supply chain teams. This role demands a proactive, positive approach with a readiness to travel extensively worldwide, connecting with customers and participating in key industry events. Key Responsibilities: Sales Manager Cultivate business relationships with both existing and potential Direct Accounts & Distributors. Achieve financial targets annually and quarterly in alignment with the company’s objectives. Develop and grow relationships with key customers and distributors. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, integrating leads and opportunities within CRM Salesforce. Actively lead growth of existing products into new applications and markets. Proactively participate in the innovation product portfolio aligned to the company’s aspirations and goals.
