You'll provide coaching and support, develop winning sales strategies, and collaborate with marketing to achieve outstanding results. Location: Washington DC Metro Area– Mobile Field Position Salary: $85-$90k a year Responsibilities Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for their performance. Develop and implement strategic sales plans. Close deals with key clients and manage client relationships. Lead sales team by example in demonstrating effective selling techniques. Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and convert them into sales Optimize sales and marketing processes for efficiency Manage the sales & marketing budget strategically Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and track performance against targets. Provide regular reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement. Required Qualifications: 5 years or more of proven experience in a sales management or supervisory role, demonstrating effective leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving revenue targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans. Experience in budget management and financial analysis. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
