We are looking for something with experience in the roofing industry who can lead, motivate and hold accountable a sales team of approximately 5-7 people. Extremely customer focused with great communication skills and professional appearance. We believe in doing the right thing the first time, always with a customer is first mentality! We don’t do things because that’s the way it’s always been done, we do it right and go a step above and want to Change the Game! In this role you will report to the President of MDR - Sarasota. PERKS & COMPENSATION Salary plus Commission $75k plus quarterly bonuses Benefits package available: Medical, Dental & Vision 401k Coming Soon Paid time off Cell Phone Stipend Fuel card Car Allowance or Company Vehicle… TBD Complete training where needed MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS 5+ years experience managing a team Pipeline Management Run meetings using EOS Create Scorecards Hold team accountable Some GPS tracking may be required Teach Consultative Sales we are not transactional as we can sell multiple products to customers AMPED SERVICES - HVAC BLINGLE Premier Lighting - Landscape, Holiday and Permanent Lighting Help team overcome objections and create the confidence to ask for the business Knowledge of roofing industry and to ability troubleshoot repairs a plus Incumbent will be required to climb ladders and walk on roofs when working in the role Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Work well with others which includes Communicating with internal team Helping out teammates when needed Customer communication CRM Knowledge Salesmate is the sales CRM Acculynx is the production CRM Attention to detail is a must Clean background and driving record Work hours, approximately 7:30-5:00pm but some evening and weekend appts will be required Including industry events JOB DESCRIPTION Hold weekly production/sales meetings to discuss past and upcoming jobs. Hold weekly sales meetings and one on ones to discuss projects, questions and team collaborations Ride-a-longs with the team as needed to see where they have gaps that you can help them fill Recruiting new Relationship Managers to keep the funnel full of prospects to add to your team Create and maintain reports to show statistics to your team and leadership Run commission every month Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
