Responsibilities: • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team• Create sales reports in a timely fashion• Provide coaching, training and high level leadership to the team• Seek new and unique sales opportunities• Regularly review and adjust scripts for applicable market changes and continually update and coach agents Qualifications: • Strong ability to lead a team• One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred• Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor• Innovative with "out of the box" solutions • Strong organizational and planning skills Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly About Company: The Michelle Humes Group is a top-producing real estate team in the Peachtree City, GA area.
