Do you have experience with coaching and developing a sales team? If so, you may be our next Sales Manager at Rexco Equipment. We are looking for someone to join our Executive Team and drive our equipment sales to the next level. As our Sales Manager, you will create your sales strategy for new and used equipment to hit our sales goals and work closely with our Branch Managers to implement your strategy with our sales team. Developing our sales team by coaching and training on sales opportunities through ride-a-longs, formal sales training, holding monthly sales team meetings and daily contact with your team to assist them in their sales process. You will work with our manufacturers and develop plans to increase our market share and promote our equipment and adjust your strategy as needed to meet our goals. We are looking for someone with prior experience with direct management of a sales team and who can juggle many activities, projects and deals simultaneously with a sense of urgency. Experience turning a strategy into action is a must. Construction equipment background is a plus, but not required.
