WHO YOU ARE As a Sales Manager, you build lasting relationships with New South Associates, vendors, and customers in your markets. You are an independent and solutions-oriented sales professional with a can-do attitude and a commitment to continuously aim higher. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Execute on sales plans for assigned geographic area with strategic initiatives in partnership with sales leadership. Generate leads through attending professional events and building and maintaining relationships in specified geographic markets. Serve as a solutions-based partner for our customers from the initial stages all the way through the buying relationship Stay up to date on all products and services to best service customers Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sales Representative or similar role Successful sales track record in a material supply, tools, or safety products company Proven consultative and relationship-based sales success Basic computer skills and simple CRM Platform experience Preferred Skills Fluency in Spanish Building materials/construction industry experience, know-how, and contacts WHAT WE OFFER More than just a job.
