SUMMARY Sales Managers will lead by example, set sales goals, conduct meetings, and be rewarded for their leadership. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Primary responsibility will be to report weekly the sales results and forecast, as well as, quarterly goal projections to upper management. You will oversee the travel and expense budget, develop, manage and cultivate relationships within their team, utilize time and tools in an impactful and profitable manner while maintaining professionalism and decorum that directly correlates to the Company. The ideal candidate must be self-driven, independent, and eager to consistently hit revenue goals by fostering long term relationships with clients; by increasing your chances for success and securing quality time with key decision makers while developing and maintain a plan for success that includes prospecting, in depth account knowledge, innovative problem solving and execution.
