We are seeking a Senior Living Specialist for Cristalina PARC , our new community in Kelowna which will open its doors in spring-summer 2024. Now, we’re bringing our unique offering to Kelowna: in the heart of the vibrant Pandosy Village, Cristalina PARC is starting to blossom. Just a few blocks from Lake Okanagan, the residence is set to open in 2024, with 133 gorgeously appointed suites. This modern, sustainably designed nine-story building is purpose-made for independent living, with vitality and social connection built right in. As a Senior Living Specialist, you are on the frontlines of communicating our values and offerings, developing and executing strategies to achieve and maintain full occupancy of PARC residences. This includes: Developing sales strategies and tactics that maximize occupancy at all times. Cultivating strong relationships with community partners and attending partner events. Collaborating with the Corporate Marketing team to develop collateral materials, targeted advertising, direct response offers, targeted sponsorships and promotions that generate qualified traffic, leads and ultimately conversions.
