We’re seeking a Senior Living Specialist to join our Westerleigh PARC team in West Vancouver. PARC gives residents the freedom to live independently, while nurturing their physical and mental well-being. As a Senior Living Specialist, you are on the frontlines of communicating our values and offerings, developing and executing strategies to achieve and maintain full occupancy of PARC residences. This includes: Developing sales strategies and tactics that maximize occupancy at all times. Cultivating strong relationships with community partners and attending partner events. Collaborating with the Corporate Marketing team to develop collateral materials, targeted advertising, direct response offers, targeted sponsorships and promotions that generate qualified traffic, leads and ultimately conversions. Develop a strong outreach program with multiple touch-points and deep referral connections using one-one relationship building, community presentations, influencer and lead oriented events and in-person sales activities. Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM/Sherpa) analysis tools to track and convert leads. Actively promote PARC’s cross-referral program to generate leads.
