QTalent Solutions is looking to hire an experienced Sales Leader for our client, a leading technology provider and full-service digital marketing solutions and services with offices in Atlanta, Georgia, and Miami, Florida. Our client develops simple and complex technology solutions, including custom web and mobile application design and development, as well as customer-facing and internal software. Their team of experts specializes in full-stack development, ensuring high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations. As a Software Development Salesperson, your primary responsibilities will include identifying and engaging prospects, understanding their unique technical requirements, and collaborating with our software development team to craft tailored solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by effectively promoting our custom software development services to potential clients. Reporting to the CEO, you will leverage your expertise in software development methodologies to articulate the value of our services and guide clients through the sales process. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and business, contributing to the success and innovation of our clients' projects. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively identify and engage prospects to sell our custom software development services. Understand clients' business objectives and technical requirements to develop tailored solutions. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships Collaborate with our software development team to create detailed proposals and project plans. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development sales or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a software development company. Certification in sales or relevant areas (e.g., Sales Training, Business Development) is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools. Proven track record of success in software development sales, with a deep understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Familiarity with software development technologies and frameworks. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and compelling value propositions for clients. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
