The ideal candidate will be a confident and motivated self-starter with the natural ability to build and maintain key relationships, whilst identifying opportunities to grow the business. As Sales Executive your core duties will include: - Develop and maintain an extensive product knowledge- Meet and exceed targets, KPIs, and goals individually and for the company- Ensure that all quotes are followed up to convert to a sale- Handle complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner- Accurately take orders to enable order processing to be completed without errors- Business development by identifying new business opportunities with existing clients- Undertake telemarketing campaigns- Manage, track, and follow up on leads- Confidently produce quotes and estimates- Retain and develop existing accounts- Utilise the company CRM system and ensure that all customer details are kept up to date- Inform existing customers of new product ranges and services At KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible.
