Further grow the sales and customer base whilst delivering/collecting a range of products from several industries including agriculture, transport, logistics and construction within designated territory. Work closely with internal and external sales regarding customer orders and requirements. Field-based within designated territory. Contracted 39 hours per week. Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4.30pm. Friday – 7.30am – 12.30pm. Focused Sectors · Agriculture· Transport/logistics· Recycling· Warehouse/distribution Principle duties Requirements include the following: · Collect/drop of products. · Deliveries. · Take measurements/details on behalf of clients for future products. · Manage existing customer relationships and respond to new enquiries in a timely manner. · Follow up leads and enquiries in a professional manner. · Provide technical assistance where required. · Marketing intelligence/research within territory. · Transactional sales management and slow-moving stock van sales. · Target to sell 2nd life sheets and standard covers. · Assist the extended sales team in promoting the business in line with its values and core competencies ensuring excellent customer service is always provided. Performance measurement Performance reviews will be regularly conducted throughout your probationary period and then every six months after this. Your performance will be measured against the following: Customer contact management in line with pre agreed journey plan. Daily Call sheets and call logs completed and handed in end of the week to Operations Manager. Achievement of Targets and ability carry out Customer needs successfully. Gaining the respect and co-operation of those both within and out with the Jobholder’s direct control. Exceptional communication and organised skills essential. Self-Motivated- Self Starter.
