The Inside Sales & Customer Support Coordinator role is responsible for providing terrific solutions to Sticker You’s business and consumer clients. The successful candidate will become an essential part of a growing team that is proactively and efficiently delivering assistance for all Sticker You’s ‘sticky’ custom products. We are looking for someone with a positive personality who embraces technology and will make sure our customers have a great brand experience. The successful candidate will assist inbound custom sales by quoting and placing orders for clients as well as recommending improvements to the Sticker You platform and product mix based on customer insights. Responsibilities Responds to inbound leads via email in a timely fashion Helps customers who are having difficulty checking out in the site Uses excellent business email etiquette to provide outstanding customer service Applies knowledge of all substrates to provide consumer and business customer with recommendations that fit their requirements Effectively upsells by asking questions and understanding their needs.
