Responsibilities - Car Sales: Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements in order to match their vehicle needs with one in current inventory. Accompany customer on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology. Follow guidelines and best practices for dealing with and handling internet inquires. Assist all customers who arrive in our showroom. Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network. Work with sales managers and BDC staff to capitalize on all opportunities. Keep up with industry standards and best practices. Pass training classes and e-modules to gain and maintain certifications. Most, importantly always take care of the customer and have fun while maintaining professionalism.
