We are looking for a qualified Sales Associate to join our Springfield location! We specialize in Golf Cars and Utility Vehicles, our main brand is E-Z-GO Golf Cars, E-Z-GO has an extremely well recognized name and offer a premium, Made in USA product.Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities- Create sales posts on Social Media- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor- Assist with inventory management- Maintain current inventory on website- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trendsRequirements:- Proven experience in sales or customer service role preferred- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skillsSalary: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hourBenefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: Day shift Weekly day range: Monday to Friday Rotating weekends
