With over 300 locations globally since 2018, we’re a brand on the move. POSITION: The role of the Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager with membership acquisition and retention. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills required Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, email and text Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Must have proficient computer skills Part-time position with morning, night and weekend availability required DUTIES: Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up and conversion Conduct tours of the facility establishing a relationship and targeting individuals needs and wants Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider Present available services to current or prospective members Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons and community events) to promote the studio Assume responsibility for developing sales skills Other duties as assigned including, but not limited to cleaning, laundry, etc COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: This position offers a very competitive base pay ; based on experience & performance 10% commission on all individual membership, package and retail sales (excludes single sessions, discounted retail & drinks) Opportunity to bonus based on performance Unlimited growth opportunity within the company Powered by JazzHR
