Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will support our sales team in achieving their goals by providing administrative and customer service support. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills with a desire to advance to inside sales. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, processing orders, and maintaining customer records Assist with managing customer inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers Assist with preparing sales presentations and marketing materials Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as needed Assist with inventory management and replenishment Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and work area Perform other duties as assigned by the sales manager Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent experience Previous experience in retail sales or a related field Familiarity with CRM software Benefits: Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance options Retirement savings plan with company match Paid time off and holidays PDN-9b7262e0-9e9c-467e-9080-d1a19d2925f0
