HOW YOU'LL DRIVE SUCCESS: As our Sales and Business Development Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving brand awareness and fostering relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources in the Anaheim, Brea, Fullerton, Placentia, and Yorba Linda areas. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and executing marketing campaigns to reach our target audience. By leveraging your skills in social media and email marketing, you'll create engaging content and implement successful lead-generation campaigns. Additionally, you'll manage your book of business in Zoho CRM and proprietary ERP software, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Your dedication and expertise will help us expand our reach and deliver exceptional care to those in need! This position will work a full-time schedule with the flexibility to travel as needed. THE QUALIFICATIONS: 1 year of outside sales experience 1 year of social media and email marketing management experience Experience creating and sharing content for social media, blogs, and emails Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertisements and page management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Results-oriented mindset and driven to achieve success Excellent time management abilities Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Prior digital marketing knowledge would be very beneficial! Having 2 years of call center experience and a bachelor's degree is a plus!
