Bentonville is also home to the Walmart home office, which this sales team primarily serves. In addition to managing the relationship with Post's largest customer, the small, dedicated team also participates in several charitable and volunteer events throughout the year. The team prides itself on winning together and working hard to meet goals, while celebrating wins.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist Account Managers in identifying market opportunities--Analyze Walmart businesses on a daily/weekly basis using IRI and customer systems to identify business opportunitiesAssist with the development of category review materials that will be leveraged to grow PCB and total category sales at Walmart accountsDevelop solutions with respect to product distribution, promotion, pricing, and shelf-placementPrepare clear and concise presentations to inform customers of business/consumer trends, existing opportunities and solutions for growthConsumption analytics in support of monthly forecast processParticipate in various training activities to enhance job performance and personal growthComplete/attend all necessary information & technology trainingAssist other functional areas to develop business opportunities and provide information to customers (Cat Man, Sales, Finance, etc)QualificationsEducation----Bachelor's Degree is requiredExperience----2 years of analytical and/or sales experience is required; Experience working with Walmart a plusConsumer packaged goods experience required, pet experience is strongly preferredAdvanced Excel skills requiredSyndicated sales data software experience is preferred (i.e. IRI or Nielsen)Experience with customer systems is preferred (one or more customers)Shelving software experience is a plusOther----Excellent written and verbal communication skills--Work Location------In-office (Bentonville, AR) with a hybrid schedule--
